These Terms & Conditions govern your application to and use of SokoCreators, operated by Sokoleho Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By applying, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
To apply to SokoCreators you must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's consent), have an active WhatsApp number, and meet the platform's minimum follower requirement (currently 1,000 followers). Meeting these requirements does not guarantee approval.
SokoCreators is a marketplace that connects independent content creators with independent businesses for collaborations. Sokoleho is not your employer, and using SokoCreators does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Sokoleho or any business. Sokoleho does not guarantee any minimum number of collaborations, followers, or income.
Every application is reviewed manually for quality, creativity, and professionalism. Sokoleho may approve, reject, or request more information at its sole discretion, regardless of follower count or other stats provided.
Once a business and creator accept a collaboration, the business is solely responsible for providing the agreed reward (trade, cash, or both) once the agreed content has been delivered and approved. Sokoleho facilitates matching, communication, and content review, but is not a party to the reward agreement and does not guarantee that a business will pay out. If a business fails to honour a reward, report it to Sokoleho — we'll help mediate, but Sokoleho is not financially liable for a business's failure to pay.
You retain ownership of the content you create. By submitting content through a collaboration, you grant the business you collaborated with, and Sokoleho, a non-exclusive licence to use, repost, and promote that content in connection with the collaboration and SokoCreators marketing.
Creators and businesses rate each other after a completed collaboration. Badges (like Verified Creator or Top Creator) are computed automatically from your rating, completed collaborations, and response time. Consistently low ratings may result in reduced visibility, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform, at Sokoleho's discretion — this is how we keep trust high on both sides.
You may not: misrepresent your follower count, views, or engagement; use fake or purchased followers/engagement; harass or misrepresent yourself to businesses or other creators; or attempt to solicit payment or arrange a collaboration outside SokoCreators to avoid these Terms. Violating these restrictions may result in immediate account termination.
You may stop using SokoCreators at any time. Sokoleho reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete your creator account — including your application, collaboration history, messages, and ratings — for violating these Terms or at its discretion. Deletion is irreversible.
SokoCreators is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sokoleho is not liable for a business's failure to fulfil a reward, disputes between creators and businesses, or income you expected but didn't receive from a collaboration.
